37. Helen Venora⁵ Tope (Hiram⁴, Levi³, George², John¹) was bom 28 June 1884 in Blue Creek Township, Paulding County, Ohio,³⁰ and died in 1954 in Briceton, Paulding County, Ohio. Family and friends knew her as Nora. She married Albert Phillips, son of Jeremiah Phillips and Elizabeth Louck, on 11 September 1902 in Paulding County, Ohio. Bert, as he was known, was born 9 April 1881 in Indiana³¹and died 12 January 1941 in PauldingCounty, Ohio.  Helen and Albert are buried in St. Paul's Cemetery, Paulding County, Ohio.
     Nora was a member of the Methodist Church.

Nora and Albert Phillips had seven children:
    121 i. Leona Alice⁶ Phillips was born 7 August 1903, Latty, Paulding County, Ohio,³² and died on 1 July 2002 in Greeley, Weld County, Colorado.³³ Leona married George Edward Housden, who was born on 18 March 1902 in Canada and died 19 January 1988 in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio.³⁴

    125. v. Velma Phillips was born 21 August 1914, Latty, Paulding County, Ohio, and died on 1 December 1964.³⁸ She married Carl B. Redding on 9 January 1945.39 He was born 8 February 1913 in Alien County, Indiana to Elmer Clen Redding and Delia A. Bailey.⁴⁰
    126 vi. Dale Milton Phillips was born 20 February 1918, Latty, Paulding County, Ohio,41 and died on 27 March 1992 in Ft. Wayne, Alien County, Indiana.42 Dale served in World War II from October 1942 to July 1945 as a Private First Class, Anti-Tank Company 347th Infantry Regiment.
